Characteristics of taste
By assembling (blending) sake from three sake breweries in Kyoto, a blend of two layers of "sweet" and "spicy" flavors was created.
When you take a sip, the refreshing flavor at first moisturizes your palate, and the secret ingredient, aged aged sake, sharpens the flavor profile, resulting in a surprisingly refreshing drink.

Although it has a sugar content of -7, it is not too sweet, with just the right amount of sweetness and a rich aroma. It was a drink that I thought would be good to drink before a meal.
