In 1859, the history of sake rice ``Omachi'' began in Okayama. And we are the first in the country to recreate and manufacture Bodhimoto, an ancient method of manufacturing. In order to further enrich Gomae Sake, we aim to brew all of it from "Omae Sake 1859" with "Omachi x Bodhimoto".
