- A light cloudy sake that allows you to enjoy the rich flavor of Omachi, Okayama's proud sake rice, as well as the refreshing acidity. Since the successful restoration of Bodhimoto, the first in Japan, in the 1980s, the current chief brewer, Maiko Tsuji, has continued to inherit and improve the craftsmanship, creating a unique style. This lightly cloudy sake combines the rich flavor of Omachi, Okayama Prefecture's proud sake rice, with the refreshing flavor of natural lactic acid bacteria grown from Bodhimoto.
