Characteristics of taste
The aging period is 16 years at low temperature and 6 years at room temperature in the warehouse. Strong coffee aroma. It's plump and the center of gravity is at the bottom. As the temperature rises, so does the sweetness. A warm taste born from a feast of bitter aromas and strength. You can also feel a little tropical acidity in the aftertaste. It goes well with dairy products and bouillabaisse.
