Characteristics of taste
The aging period is 15 years at low temperature and 13 years at room temperature in the warehouse. Slightly sweet, with a heavy whiskey-like feel. It has an overwhelmingly cohesive flavor with no gaps. It has a umami and sweet taste, aromas of flower nectar, chestnuts, hazelnuts, and chocolate, and a long aftertaste. It goes well with beef fat and nuts.
