Characteristics of taste
We use organically grown "Yamada Nishiki" grown by Yoshimitsu Yasushima in Iwaki City, Fukushima Prefecture. In the brewery, we polished the natural rice to the highest level of 50% and prepared it luxuriously. At first, it was smooth. The high quality of our own mountain spring water appears as is, and you can enjoy the gorgeous aroma and taste at the same time, with a refreshing aftertaste. The invigorating feeling that makes you feel like breathing in the delicious mountain air makes it the perfect drink to enjoy with your meal.
