Characteristics of taste
Kyoto City Transportation Bureau's subway and city bus support mascot "Uzumasa Rei" has collaborated with Sake World in a special collaboration. This is the first time in eight years since 2016 that a limited edition sake label featuring Uzumasa Rei, who loves sake, will be on sale.
This special assemblage of three types of sake includes Junmai Daiginjo, Shinzo Clear, which is made with Kyoto-born yeast Kyo no Koi and sake rice Iwai. The lychee-like popping aroma and sourness, along with the rich, creamy flavor, make this a very easy-to-drink sake. This is a bottle that allows you to fully enjoy the sake brewing process of Matsui Sake Brewery, who say, "We want even people who are drinking sake for the first time to find it delicious."
