Characteristics of taste
Mandokoro is the original landscape of Japanese tea that remains in the original basin of the Aichi River that flows into Lake Biwa. Cultivation without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, which has been maintained for nearly 600 years, is based on the thought of tea for daily life and downstream. We used plenty of tea from ``Chaen Musubi'' and ``Shigaen Tea Garden,'' which are the future of this area where many indigenous seedling tea trees grow. Shiga is connected by water from its headwaters to Lake Biwa.

    It's a strange sake that is sweet but has a strong tea flavor at the end.
