Characteristics of taste
This sake combines the soft flavor of Yamada Nishiki koji with the sourness created by Ginbubuki to create a balance of depth and lightness. It has a mild ginjo aroma and can be enjoyed as an accompaniment to a meal. The design uses vermillion, which is the main image of Kirakucho, and expresses the divinity of sake brewing.
