Characteristics of taste
``I want to drink dry sake with flavor.'' This sake is brewed with that in mind. At the top, you can feel the flavor of rice derived from koji, followed by a spicy aftertaste that spreads in your mouth. The deep flavor of koji that is unique to Kirakucho is used to create a one-of-a-kind flavor that combines the umami of the rice with the spiciness of sake level +14. It's not just spicy, I want you to pay attention to the original flavor of sake and the changing spiciness of the aftertaste.
