Characteristics of taste
This Junmai Daiginjo sake is made using 100% Gohyakukoku rice grown under contract with local farmers, and is slowly brewed using the Hokuriku-style low-temperature fermentation method. It has a light, dry taste with a subtle ginjo aroma and a clean aftertaste.
