- This Junmai Daiginjo sake is brewed using "Ehime Sakurahime Yeast Type 1 Tropical", which is made from Ehime Prefecture's original variety of flowers. It is characterized by a gorgeous fruity aroma that harmonizes with moderate sweetness and refreshing acidity. In order to brighten up the space with this alcohol, the bottle and carton are designed with the image of the beautiful Sakura Hime flower in bloom.
