Made with Echigo no Shizuku rice from Fukui Prefecture. This is a Junmai Ginjo sake brewed using traditional methods from ancient times. In addition to its deep flavor that you will never tire of, it has a well-balanced, robust taste. We recommend serving it at room temperature or lukewarm.
