Characteristics of taste
Grown at Yokota Farm. Made from first-class Niji no Kirameki rice from Ibaraki Prefecture. Developed by the brewery with the theme of "junmai sake that can be enjoyed on an everyday basis." A mellow sake with a reasonable price and a strong taste that allows you to fully experience the "Niji no Kirameki" flavor of the rice used.
