- "Junmai Daiginjo Kurogitsune" is the highest grade of Junmai sake from Kasen Sake Brewery. This Junmai Daiginjo sake is made from Sakanishiki rice from Tsuwano Town polished to 40% and brewed using underground water from the beautiful Aonoyama mountain. It has a fragrant, magnificent ginjo aroma and a full-bodied taste. It has a fruity flavor with a hint of rice, and a clean taste that does not interfere with the food. It can be paired with a variety of dishes. The label, which is shaped like a fox mask, makes a big impact on customers and has received a lot of praise.
