Characteristics of taste
"Junmai Daiginjo Kurogitsune" is the highest grade of Junmai sake from Kasen Sake Brewery. This Junmai Daiginjo sake is made from Sakanishiki rice from Tsuwano Town polished to 40% and brewed using underground water from the beautiful Aonoyama mountain. It has a fragrant, magnificent ginjo aroma and a full-bodied taste. It has a fruity flavor with a hint of rice, and a clean taste that does not interfere with the food. It can be paired with a variety of dishes. The label, which is shaped like a fox mask, makes a big impact on customers and has received a lot of praise.
