Characteristics of taste
This is a classic Junmai Daiginjo sake that features a refreshing ginjo aroma reminiscent of ripe green apples and pineapples, and a crisp aftertaste. It is recommended to serve it in a wine glass as a toast, or pair it with dishes that make the most of the ingredients' flavors. (Examples) White fish carpaccio, steamed scallops in sake, caprese, etc.
