Characteristics of taste
In pursuit of the best flavor in sake rice, we have arrived at using 50% Yamada Nishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture. It has a clean flavor without any unpleasant taste, a gentle acidity reminiscent of citrus fruits, and a light, dry taste. Please enjoy this Junmai sake, carefully brewed from carefully selected rice, finished as a "tasty ginjo."
