- A raw sake aged in the "ice temperature range" of -5℃. Sweetness and umami of rice, fruity beyond imagination. This sake was made at Nakano BC in 2002 and then carefully aged in the -5℃ ice room storage inside the brewery. Sake is a drink whose quality is easily affected, but in this temperature range, "beautiful aging" takes place gently and carefully. The gentle umami and sweetness of rice inherent to sake are brought out, and a fruity aroma that is unique to aged sake spreads. Another feature is that you can taste the solid umami of this unfiltered, raw sake. A "new sake" that changes its expression every time you taste it, and does not fit into any concept. The change in its expression gives the feeling that 22 years have flowed by, allowing the drinker to experience its history.
