Characteristics of taste
This Junmai Ginjo was made to commemorate 490 years since its creation. The label is in the Hakushu Kakukuzure style of calligraphy, a style that has been passed down since the Edo period. This Junmai Ginjo is made with Omi Yamadanishiki rice, polished to 60%, and has a crisp, dry taste. It is a sake that complements the food as an accompaniment to meals.
