Characteristics of taste
This Junmai Ginjo sake is made from Yamada Nishiki rice grown under contract in Shiga Prefecture, polished to 50% the same as Daiginjo sake, and has a smooth mouthfeel and a full-bodied flavor. The alcohol content is 17.2%. Please enjoy the fruity aroma of the yeast in this mellow flavor.
