Characteristics of taste
A sweet liqueur like plum wine, made by steeping plenty of mulberry leaves. It's sweet, but it contains no sugar or sweeteners, and is made from natural glucose produced by the saccharification of glutinous rice and the enzymes of koji, so it has a light sweetness. You can enjoy it on the rocks or mix it with lemon or other citrus fruits and soda to drink with your meal.
