Characteristics of taste
This sake is brewed using Gunma Prefecture sake rice "Wakamizu" using the Yamahai method and aged for 2 to 3 years in the brewery. It is characterized by its elegant, calm, and gentle quality and a sharp aftertaste. It can be enjoyed in a wide range of ways, from cold to warm, and is a one-of-a-kind sake that sake lovers will love for its various expressions.
