- This is a classic Junmai Daiginjo sake that represents Ryusei and inherits the DNA of the founding brand "Ryusei". This Junmai Daiginjo sake is made using 100% Yamadanishiki rice, and has a subtle ginjo aroma reminiscent of ripe bananas, with a good balance of the umami, sweetness, and acidity of the rice. With a rich flavor, it can be enjoyed on its own, but it also really shines when drunk with a meal. It is recommended as an aperitif, but is best enjoyed with a meal.
