- It is hard to believe that this is sake, but it has a miraculously beautiful amber transparency that has been nurtured over 32 years, and the aroma is complex yet rich. The rich flavor, which is a combination of various tastes such as "sweetness," "acidity," "bitterness," and "umami," is mellow and full-bodied as an aged sake, but also retains a fresh feeling due to the long aging process.

The complex blend of "sweetness like caramel," "bitterness like bitter chocolate," and "fruity yet spicy depth" creates a taste that cannot be found in regular sake.
It has a deep flavor.
