Characteristics of taste
This Junmai Ginjo sake is made using 100% organically grown Dewanosato rice from Yamagata Prefecture. It has a good balance of rice flavor and gorgeous aroma, and is very easy to drink. It is an organic sake that is rare even in Japan.
