Characteristics of taste
This sake has been aged for over 20 years in a sake brewery at the foot of Mt. Senjo in the Ina Valley of Shinshu. It is an old yet new sake characterized by its amber color, caramel-like sweetness, and mellow aroma brought about by the aging process. Its unique flavor, which has developed over the years, is perfect for pairing with nuts, dried fruits, and sweet foods.
