Characteristics of taste
The theme of the blend is "ZEN. A sake you'll want to enjoy at home." It has a subdued aroma and emphasizes the balance of sweetness and umami that are characteristic of sake. To prevent you from getting tired of drinking it, Tsuki no Katsura (Iwai) is used as the base, and to replenish the umami, Ryusei Black Label Junmai Daiginjo is used, and as an accent, Shin Tsuchida and Niidashi Zenshu are used to adjust the balance.
