About Sake World NFT
This new marketplace allows users to purchase sake just like on a regular online shopping site, but also allows them to age and store sake and buy and sell it between individuals.

The main feature is that, under the Liquor Tax Act, alcoholic beverages, including sake, could only be sold by those who held a liquor sales license, but now general users who do not hold such licenses can buy and sell them. In addition, in order to boost the sake industry, a system has been incorporated in which, when a sale is made between general users, a certain royalty according to the transaction amount is returned to the sake brewery that produced the sake as revenue.

[About the demonstration project]
The demonstration project will set use case themes with a high public interest that will contribute to solving problems in industry and society, and support demonstrations of the creation of digital public goods, etc., using Web 3.0 and blockchain in each industry or across industries. The aim is to create new use cases that go beyond speculative Web 3.0 businesses and accelerate the social implementation and acceptance of Web 3.0 and blockchain.

[Future Developments]
1) Accelerating overseas expansion
One of our goals is to promote Japanese sake to the world, and we will be expanding Sake World NFT overseas, primarily in Singapore.

In addition, for overseas expansion, the company plans to work with Digital Entertainment Asset Pte. Ltd. and Yashiori Co., Ltd., which have a track record of operating play-to-earn games for 270 million registered users in Japan and Southeast Asia.

②Horizontal expansion to alcoholic beverages other than sake
The Sake World NFT system can be applied to a wide range of alcoholic beverages, such as wine, whiskey, shochu, awamori, plum wine, and tequila, whose value increases with storage (aging). We hold patents (Patent No. 7337425, Patent No. 7389527, Patent No. 7493280) for this core system, which covers all alcoholic beverages, including sake, and we plan to work with various partners in the future to build an NFT marketplace for alcoholic beverages other than sake, such as whiskey and wine.
