At the "Nippon Shokumusubi Wajima Food Festival," an event will be held where you can experience, eat, and enjoy the "now" of Wajima through the special food they have created with what they can do now. Experience the local climate and food culture of Wajima at this event, which will be held at Hanshin Umeda Main Store from Wednesday, September 9th to Monday, September 11th (national holiday).

With the theme of food culture and traditional crafts nurtured along with the climate of Wajima, the "Nippon Shokumusubi Wajima Food Festival" will be held on the first floor of Hanshin Umeda Main Store from September 9th (Wed) to September 11th (Mon, national holiday). Although the area was damaged by the earthquake, the people who support the food and life of Wajima have deepened their love for the climate and continue to prepare food with even stronger feelings.
This event will feature Wajima's traditional lacquerware "Wajima Kirimoto", sake from the long-established "Shirafuji Sake Brewery", "Tanigawa Brewery" which produces soy sauce and miso, and meat buns and dried fish made with Wajima's specialties. In addition, you can enjoy dishes made by Nakahigashi Atsushi of "so/s/KAWAHIGASHI", and sake and wine pairings made with Wajima ingredients by liquor department buyer Takeo Yamaguchi.
