Aburanaga Sake Brewery, which produces sake in Gose City, Nara Prefecture, is a long-established sake brewery founded in 1719. One of their most popular brands, "Kaze no Mori," is made using local rice and is an exceptional product that is unfiltered and undiluted, without any filtering, diluting, or pasteurization. In order to allow visitors to experience the new appeal of sake, this event will feature the sale of event-exclusive sake, a weekend-only guest bartender offering cocktails using "Kaze no Mori," and hands-on workshops by Aburanaga Sake Brewery, allowing visitors to enjoy "Kaze no Mori" with all five senses.

Not only will the full lineup of Kaze no Mori's standard sakes be available, but a special Kaze no Mori sake brewed for this event will also be available. Additionally, at the TANK Bar/Cafe on the second basement floor of Shinsaibashi PARCO, you can try the venue-exclusive Kaze no Mori WEEKS Yamada Nishiki 2 Manakatori sake. There will also be workshops to deepen your knowledge of sake, such as an experience of changing the taste of sake using a "sake-correcting medicine" that has been passed down since the Edo period, and an experience of mixing your own original gin with Abucho Shuzo's craft gin division and Yamato Distillery.

Even if you don't know anything about Aburanaga Sake Brewery or Kaze no Mori, you can discover the history of Japanese sake culture and new flavors at Kaze no Mori WEEKS. The event will be held for 17 days, so why not stop by after your shopping trip?
