The "Hokkaido Sake Toast Fair 80," where you can enjoy about 2024 types of Hokkaido sake and authentic shochu while tasting sake and snack bento, will be held on Wednesday, October 2024, 10. The venue is the "Park Plaza" on the second basement floor of the Sapporo Park Hotel.
This event will be held in the spacious hall of the Sapporo Park Hotel. If you purchase your admission ticket in advance, you will receive a ticket with a Daiginjo sake voucher, a Kagami-biraki sake voucher, and ten 100 yen shot vouchers at the reception on the day.
At the booths of the 15 members of the Hokkaido Sake Brewers Association, you can drink one shot (1ml) of each brewery's signature sake with a shot ticket worth 50 to 100 yen depending on the type. Additional shot tickets will be sold on the day.
Eight people who applied at the reception on the day will be selected to participate in the Kagami-biraki ceremony. In the fun lottery, 8 people out of the 500 visitors will be given ginjo sake and other prizes. This is a great lottery with a high probability of winning, with about a 51% chance of winning.
Each table is reserved for 1 people, so you can enjoy Hokkaido sake in a relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant is limited to 10 people on a first-come, first-served basis, so please make your reservation early.
