In April 2025, Nishinomiya City will celebrate its 4th anniversary since the establishment of the city. To celebrate this memorable year, everyone will toast together with Nishinomiya sake. The Nishinomiya Sakegura Renaissance and Food Fair, held on the first Saturday and Sunday of October every year, is a fun event where people gather at Ebisunomiya to taste Nishinomiya's delicious sake and eat local specialties.

At the opening ceremony on the 5th (first 300 people, paid admission), a ceremony and Tsunoyama Kagura will be held, followed by sake brewing songs, sake barrel-breaking, and a joint toast to the free sake. The "Shinshu Bansen Iwai Procession," a procession through the town to celebrate the departure of a ship delivering new sake, which was held during the Edo period, will be held on both days. In addition to eight sake booths, Asahi Beer, 8 food and drink booths, and four food trucks are scheduled to be set up at the venue.

Nada sake was transported to Edo, and for over 200 years, each brewery has competed to create delicious sake. At this event, you can not only enjoy the rituals, but also the crisp, dry Nishinomiya sake that was popular among Edokko (Tokyoites) by visiting the various antenna shops and sake breweries near the venue. This is surely a rare event where you can fully experience the history and development of Nishinomiya city, and the appeal of Nada sake.
