More than 150 types of "SAKE" at Tokyu Department Store! "SHIBUYA SAKE SCRAMBLE" will be held in Shibuya on Friday, October 10th
SHIBUYA SAKE SCRAMBLE, which will bring together various types of "SAKE" including Japanese sake, will be held at Shibuya Stream Hall on Friday, October 2024, 10.

"SHIBUYA SAKE SCRAMBLE" is being held as a special event to celebrate the 90th anniversary of Tokyu Department Store's founding. Not only Japanese sake, but also wine, beer, gin, and whiskey are all considered "SAKE", and you can experience new ways to enjoy SAKE. On the day, you can sample over 150 types of SAKE while walking around each booth. If you like the SAKE you sampled, you can purchase it through the online shopping site exclusive to event participants.
Japanese sake influencer Rinku also made an appearance at the booth. There was also a lottery held using the numbers on the wristbands given to visitors upon entering. The chance to win brewery novelty goods and coins to play the canned snack gacha was amazing.
Furthermore, from October 10st, Tokyu Department Store locations in Kichijoji, Tama Plaza, Hiyoshi Tokyu Avenue, Shibuya Tokyu Food Show, and Aobadai Tokyu Food Show will be selling their original craft beer as well as a limited edition of the special sake "Shizuoka <Hana no Mai> Tokyu Department Store 31th Anniversary Junmai Sake/Junmai Sparkling" to celebrate the 90th anniversary of Tokyu Department Store's founding. Made with 90% polished rice and K-90 yeast, it has a light, smooth mouthfeel and a gentle sweetness, and is easy to drink with a low alcohol content of 901%, so it is also recommended for women.
This is a must-visit place for sake lovers, as well as those who want to compare different types of alcohol.
