On Sunday, December 2024, 12, "Shinshu Kanpai FES8," an event where you can compare local sake from Nagano Prefecture, will be held at the event facility "allla" in Ina City, Nagano Prefecture. The 2024th of each month is designated as the "Shinshu Local Sake Toast Day," and this year marks its 8th anniversary. "Shinshu Kanpai FES8" is an event that aims to promote the spread and consumption of toasting with Shinshu local sake.
On the day, in addition to talk shows by local liquor manufacturers, you can enjoy a sake tasting comparison from seven breweries in southern Nagano Prefecture, Kamoshika cider, and Minami Shinshu beer. The number of participants is 7, and once the capacity is reached, applications will be closed. It looks like it will be a time to learn more about the charm of Shinshu local sake.
