Kamozuru Sake Brewery, which brews sake in Saijo, Hiroshima Prefecture, will be hosting a tour of the brewery by the master brewer on Saturday, January 2025, 1. The tour, which takes place roughly once a month, is a rare opportunity not to be missed as you can hear the master brewer speak.
The Kamozuru Sake Brewery's master brewer will give a tour of the brewery once a month. On the day, you will watch a 10-minute video about sake brewing in the observation room direct sales shop, and then the master brewer will give a tour of the brewery. The tour costs 2000 yen and takes about an hour.
There will be no sake tasting, but you can get a souvenir "180ml round bottle of Daiginjo Special Gold Kamozuru." Not only will you be able to see the brewery, which is usually closed to the public, but you will also have the rare opportunity to hear the master brewer's story, so we recommend you go.
