The charms of the "brewing kingdom of Fukushima" all in one place! "Fukushima Sake, Miso and Soy Sauce Festival" to be held on March 2025st and 3nd, 1 (Saturday and Sunday)
Fukushima's largest food event will be held at Big Palette Fukushima on March 2025st and 3nd, 1. More than 2 varieties of sake, local beer, shochu, wine, whiskey, and craft liquor from Fukushima Prefecture will be gathered together, along with local gourmet food.
"Fukushima, the kingdom of brewers" Fukushima's biggest food event, where you can enjoy Fukushima's proud sake, miso, soy sauce, and more! In addition to more than 50 varieties of sake, local beer, shochu, wine, whiskey, and craft liquor from Fukushima Prefecture, there will be a lineup of more than 140 booths, including Kitakata ramen, sauce cutlet, Namie yakisoba, Tokiwamono, Yuyake Berry sweets and awamanju, and the very popular miso soy sauce gacha.
Cities and towns will also be selling local specialties.
Also appearing will be Kuramoto Yasuko and Tetsu and Tomo, who are well-known from "Women's Bar Wanderings."
Admission is free, and on the day of the event, a shuttle bus will run from Koriyama Station to the venue every 15 minutes.
