"Furusato Gourmet Terrace" is a local gourmet event with the mission of "conveying the charm of the region through food." This time, 16 Tohoku gourmet restaurants will gather together to enjoy sake (over 64 brands) carefully selected by 10 participating Tohoku breweries. The concept behind the selection of breweries is "The Challenges of Sake Breweries." Tohoku breweries that have continued to take on challenges to make delicious sake even in the face of adversity such as the Great East Japan Earthquake will be participating, providing an opportunity to get a first-hand feel for sake brewing, their feelings for their hometown, and the stories behind their commitment to their region.
