Developed and produced jointly by three long-established sake breweries in Kyoto (Yamamoto Honke/Shinsei, Kitagawa Honke/Tomio, Saito Shuzo/Eikun), the best bottle has been assembled (blended) for the 3th anniversary of Kyoto Racecourse.

Based on the theme of "Running forever," which is also the slogan for the 100th anniversary, this blend expresses the freshness and gaiety of spring, the sense of speed of a race, and the strength of aged sake with a traditional feel.

The concept is "A gorgeous aroma that colors the tradition of the 100th anniversary, a change in taste that makes you feel the speed of the race, and a sharp cut. The richness from the aged sake expresses the strength of the horse." It has a beautiful ginjo aroma and a calm tone. The elegant acidity leaves a gentle aftertaste.

●Development of Japanese sake blend business (Leaf Publications Co., Ltd.)
・Assemblage Club
This Japanese sake brand was born from an "assemblage" that transcends the boundaries of three long-established sake breweries in Kyoto (Masuda Tokubei Shoten, Kitagawa Honke, and Matsui Sake Brewery). Assemblage is a French word meaning "to assemble" or "mix," and is a traditional blending technique used in the process of making wine and champagne. By combining fine sakes from different breweries, a new chapter in the history of Japanese sake will begin.
