HEAVENSAKE is a luxury sake brand born from a collaboration between renowned French champagne maker Regis Camus and one of Japan's most renowned sake breweries.
The prestige line, "PRESTIGE II ASSEMBLAGE Junmai Daiginjo," which will be launched in Japan for the first time in October 2024, will be available at IMADEYA stores and IMADEYA ONLINESTORE from Friday, April 10th, and the new lineup, "LABELAZUL Junmai Ginjo," will be available from Saturday, April 4th.

"PRESTIGE II ASSEMBLAGE Junmai Daiginjo" (left) is the first HEAVENSAKE prestige line in Japan, born in collaboration with the prestigious Nizawa Brewery. This sake is made by skillfully blending multiple highly polished Junmai Daiginjo sakes, and when you put it in your mouth, the gorgeous aroma of kiwi, cherimoya, and lychee spreads over and over again, with a silky texture and perfect lingering aftertaste. It is a sake with a light yet deep taste that goes beyond existing concepts.
The bottle is made of Arita porcelain by Arita Porcelain Lab, which combines modern sensibilities with over 220 years of tradition. The gradation that blends naturally from pale blue to white symbolizes the harmony between "water" and "earth," which are the foundations of sake brewing.
Another feature of the design is its refined teardrop-like form, which exudes tranquil balance and beauty through the elimination of all unnecessary elements, as well as the strong will that has been put into sake.

Regis Camus Comment
"The moment when a new Heaven Sake sake is born is always an exciting one. Once we have a deep connection with the brewery's philosophy, we begin the process of searching for the various sakes that will make up the assemblage. After much trial and error, the perfected sake finally appears as a new addition to the Heaven Sake series. This new sake will surely bring joy and smiles to all sake lovers. The release of "Prestige II Assemblage Junmai Daiginjo" in collaboration with Shinzawa Brewery and "Label Azur Junmai Ginjo" in collaboration with Yamanashi Meijo, known for the Shichiken brand, are also special moments filled with much expectation and excitement. We sincerely hope that these two new sakes will be a great success in the Japanese market."
