Toast to the Gion Festival with sake! A sake tasting event selected by the Sake World editorial team will be held on July 2025, 7!
On July 7th, during the Gion Festival and Yoiyama, a sake tasting event will be held in front of Manpukuki Kyoto Nishikikoji store on Takakuradori Nishikikoji. You can sample over 16 types of sake carefully selected by the Sake World editorial team.

On the eve of the Gion Festival on July 7th, a sake tasting event will be held in front of Manpukuki Kyoto Nishikikoji Branch on Takakura Street Nishikikoji. You can sample and compare sake carefully selected by the editorial team of Sake World while enjoying the Gion Festival, a Kyoto summer tradition.
In addition to being able to sample around 20 carefully selected brands of sake from all over the country for 1 yen per glass (400ml), a "three-variety tasting set" from local Fushimi breweries (Masuda Tokubei Shoten/Tsuki no Katsura Junmai Ginjo Freshly Squeezed, Kitagawa Honke/Tomoe Daiginjo Junmai Ginrei, Saito Shuzo/Eikun Koto Sennen Junmai Ginjo) will be sold for 60 yen.
