Event・News
An event will be held where you can enjoy The Ritz-Carlton Kyoto's original label sake "Fushimino" along with Kyoto vegetables from "Yamada Farm."
A sake event to celebrate the opening of The Ritz-Carlton Kyoto [Mizuki] and the 12th anniversary of Japanese cuisine.
A one-night-only collaboration dinner between Yamada Farm, Tsuki no Katsura, and Fushimino will be held on Friday, February 6th, 2026!
Guests can enjoy special dishes made with seasonal vegetables from Yamada Farm along with Tsuki no Katsura sake. After buffet-style appetizers, guests can savor one-day-only courses, including sushi, tempura, and teppan, each prepared by a chef using vegetables from Yamada Farm.

Yamada Farm was founded in 1830 in the pure waters of Fushimi, Kyoto.
They cultivate a variety of seasonal vegetables, including rice and other vegetables. For decades, they have practiced chemical-free farming, circulating water from clean land, and protecting the land in a sustainable and safe manner.

Masuda Tokubei Shoten Co., Ltd. was founded in 1675 in Fushimi, Kyoto.
Their flagship brand, Tsuki no Katsura, is not just delicious, but pursues depth and breadth like the underlying flavor of sake, and continues to produce flavors that combine traditional sake brewing with modern sensibilities.
This time, the two companies are collaborating to revive and cultivate local Kyoto sake rice.
Although the sake rice variety "Iwaimai" is suitable for sake brewing, it has become extinct twice in the past due to its low productivity.
Fushimino is a sake that was revived with the passion to "make Kyoto sake with Kyoto rice once again," and is brewed using 100% ceremonial rice that has been carefully cultivated by producers and brewers working together.
This time, all the producers will come together to deliver a special evening that only Mizuki can offer.
