In Nagano Prefecture, September 9th every year is the day when the ban on the autumn Japanese sake ``Hiyaoroshi'' is lifted.
On the 10th (Sunday), the day after the ban is lifted, a tasting event will be held at Ginza NAGANO, a shared space that spreads the goodness of Shinshu from Tokyo.
This time, more than 40 brands of Hiyaoroshi from Nagano Prefecture will be gathered together, and you can find your favorite sake while comparing the drinks and interacting with the sake brewers.It's also nice that it comes with bite-sized snacks.
