Opening a joint storage area specializing in aged sake! ``Beautiful Sake from Ancient Times and Old Sake Breweries Project'' starts
10 breweries across the country and Takumi Sosei from the Pasona Group jointly establish “Japanese Old Sake Brewery Co., Ltd.”
Takumi Sosei of Pasona Group Co., Ltd. has established ``Japanese Old Sake Breweries Co., Ltd.'' in collaboration with 10 sake breweries across the country, including Okada Honke and Honda Shoten.
With the aim of expanding the old sake market and passing on the old sake culture, we accept old sake from 43 sake breweries and approximately 60 brands (as of November 2023) from all over Japan in large tank units. A series of operations related to storage, filling, and shipping, which have traditionally been a burden for small and medium-sized sake breweries, will be carried out all at once.
In addition, by obtaining a license to establish a liquor storage facility, it will be possible to sell duty-free (tax-free), with the aim of expanding sales channels overseas, including France and Singapore.
Check out aged sake, which is attracting attention for its changes in taste due to aging and expansion of the market.
