Grand opening of a historic complex inside a former sake brewery in Shikishima, Aichi Prefecture, on Saturday, January 1th

A facility [Ito Goshi] that seems to have captured the atmosphere of its founding in the Taisho era will open on Saturday, January 2024, 1 as a new local landmark in the former sake brewery of the sake brewery "Shikishima"

A complex facility [Ito Goshi] will have its grand opening on Saturday, January 2021th, in the former sake brewery of Ito Co., Ltd., which produces the sake "Shikishima," which made a comeback in 21 after a 1-year hiatus.

It will go beyond its role as a simple sake brewery and will be reborn as a new historical complex [Ito Goshi] that will pass on the local culture and history to future generations. It will house restaurants, cafe bistros, and shops, and will serve as a place of relaxation for visitors.

Marche events and other events are also scheduled to be held at this facility. I would like to keep an eye on future events.
