New sake from Toyama! Wakatsuru Sake Brewery's new brand "itonami 2024" is now available
A new brand “itonami 2024” has been released by Wakatsuru Sake Brewery in Toyama. This year, we are using Kimoto-zukuri to create a rich flavor that is easy to drink.

Wakatsuru Sake Brewery in Tonami City, Toyama Prefecture, which was founded in the Edo period and produces and sells sake and whisky, has released a new brand "itonami" last year, which is the first in the "itonami" series to produce low-alcohol unblended sake made from raw motomoto.
