From [Yamamoto Honke] in Fushimi, Kyoto, which boasts a history of more than 340 years and is known for its famous sake, ``Shinmei,'' we have produced ``Shinmai Daiginjo,'' a Junmai Daiginjo sake made entirely from Kyoto's sake rice, yeast, and water.
