The official website for "Assemblage Club," an original Japanese sake brand developed by "Sake World," a Japanese sake media site operated by Leaf Publications, Inc., has recently been revamped.

A new page introducing custom orders for restaurants has been added to the general sales page for individuals.
The product introductions now also include more of the "message" we want to convey to everyone than ever before.

What is Assemblage Club?

"Assemblage" means "assembly" or "combination." In France, where the term originated, it is used in the blending technique of mixing raw liquors in the production process of wine and champagne.

Assemblage Club was created by combining sake produced by Masuda Tokubei Shoten, Kitagawa Honke, and Matsui Sake Brewery, all located in Kyoto Prefecture.
This resulted in the birth of "Assemblage Club 01 CODE NAME: Taro."

The delicate flavors of each brand are layered together like a mille-feuille, resulting in a masterpiece that brings out a unique "umami marriage" not found in conventional alcoholic beverages.
It is particularly adept at enhancing umami flavors, bringing out the maximum flavor in food as an accompaniment to a meal.

Assemblage Club 01 "Taro" is an exquisitely balanced drink that brings out the best in the flavors of food.

This dream collaboration between two long-established sake breweries from some of Japan's most famous sake producing regions has been well-received by many hotels and restaurants.

It has also received high praise internationally, winning a gold medal at the SINGAPORE SAKE CHALLENGE 2023, a sake competition held in Singapore in 2023, and its successor, Taro' (Taro Dash)*, winning a silver medal at the MILANO SAKE CHALLENGE 2024 held in Milan, Italy the following year. It has become a new "SAKE specialty" that Japan can be proud of around the world.
*Editor's note: This is a product that adds pasteurization to "Taro."

Until now, Taro' has only been available to restaurants, but with the recent website renewal, it is now available for purchase by individuals as well.
You can choose from two sizes: 720ml and 180ml.

In addition to the 720, we also offer the 180 type for individuals.

It is designed to bring out the umami flavor of both the sake and the food to the fullest, providing a new assemblage to enjoy with your meal. Please give it a try!

Taro' was previously only available to certain restaurants in Kyoto Prefecture, but with the recent website renewal, it is now possible to produce custom-made products for any store that requests it.
