Dam-aged sake will be gathered in Nagoya at the Dam SAKE Festival - Shin Dam Brewery Opening 2024 - on Saturday, October 10th and Sunday, October 12th
The Dam SAKE Festa - Shin Dam Kura-kai 13 -, an event where you can taste dam sake made from sake from 1 breweries in Aichi and Gifu that has been aged in a dam for a year, will be held at Hisaya-odori Park TV Tohiroba in Nagoya on Saturday, October 2024th and Sunday, October 2024th, 10. Enjoy the charm of sake aged inside the dam embankment, also known as a natural storage facility.
The Dam SAKE Festa - Shin Dam Brewery Opening 1, an event where you can taste sake from breweries in Aichi and Gifu that has been aged in a dam for a year, will be held at TV Tohiroba in Hisaya-odori Park in the heart of Nagoya on Saturday, October 2024th and Sunday, October 2024th, 10.
Here, 13 breweries from Aichi and Gifu have teamed up with four local dams to mature a variety of sake that highlights the individuality of each brewery within the dam's embankment since 4. The Dam SAKE, which has now completed a year of aging, will finally be unveiled. You can enjoy tastings of the Dam SAKE along with snacks provided by Nagoya restaurants (additional charge required). Enjoy the charm of sake that has been aged within the dam's embankment, also known as a natural storage facility.
