An event called "Sake Rice Harvesting Experience and Sake Enjoyment Party," where participants will harvest "Iwai," a brand of sake rice from Kyoto Prefecture, will be held on Sunday, October 2024, 10 in Mukojima, a suburb of Kyoto City.

The organizer, the Kyoto Shurinkai, has been working with volunteers since 1994, aiming to create new value for Kyoto sake and contribute to the development of the region, and to create a win-win situation for farmers, sake breweries, sake shops, restaurants, and drinkers. This year's event was a harvest of "Iwai" sake rice that was planted in June, and the harvested sake rice will be used to make next year's sake. After the rice harvest, participants from the Shurinkai were invited to join the event.Masuda Tokubei Shoten]・[Saito Sake Brewery]・[Joyo Sake BreweryYou can drink as much sake as you like from the local sake brewery!
