Celebrate the new sake! "The 25th Fukuju Brewery Opening 2024" will be held on November 11th (Sat) and 9th (Sun)
As autumn deepens, Fukuju's "Kura-kai" (opening of the brewery) will be held at Kobe Shushinkan in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture on Saturday, November 2024th and Sunday, November 11th, 9. At this event, where you can enjoy freshly pressed new sake and local gourmet food, you can enjoy special events unique to the brewery, such as tours of the brewery and sake brewing songs.
As autumn deepens, the annual "Fukuju Kura-kai" will be held at Kobe Shushinkan on Saturday, November 2024th and Sunday, November 11th, 9. At this event, you can enjoy freshly pressed new sake and delicious local gourmet food, and you can also experience things unique to the brewery, such as a tour of the brewery and listening to sake brewing songs.
On the day, not only will you be able to taste Fukuju's freshly pressed new sake and purchase sake exclusive to the brewery, but there will also be a variety of food stalls with a wide variety of snacks to pair with your drinks, such as sake lees soup, yakitori from famous restaurants, grilled seafood from Suma fishing port, and local kelp.
Also, on November 11th, there will be an event where you can experience the traditions of sake brewing, such as changing the cedar ball, touring the brewery with the brewers, and singing the "Nada Sake Brewing Song." We hope you will enjoy this special experience limited to two days and fully appreciate the charm of sake and local culture.
